Where it began
This work began with a frustration.
For years, while running a WordPress agency, I watched thoughtful business owners get overwhelmed by inaccurate information and taken advantage of by “helpers” who were really salespeople. Good people were overcharged, underserviced, and left to figure out what had gone wrong after someone else moved on.
Then AI arrived, bringing real possibilities and another wave of promises. I find the possibilities exciting. I also know how easy it is to be pushed toward the next tool before anyone has asked what you are actually trying to do.
DigiNav started with a different belief: technology should enhance your work, not replace your judgment or turn your business into a copy of someone else’s.
